I have a confession… I’ve been keeping these treats from you for a while now. They are so damn good that I kept thinking maybe I had just fluked the creation, so I kept testing the recipe out again and again. And again. And well…you get the picture. There are only so many times you […]
I love to make nourishing snacks to keep around the house to ward off the dreaded hunger pains. These Choc Crunch Protein Bars are so darn tasty and they have the extra added punch of whey protein to ensure you give your body what it needs to get through the day.
If you have been following along with my recipe posts, you will already know how much I love my breakfasts at any time of the day. But did you also know that I am in LOVE with kale? Well I am. And the more ways I can get it in to my diet, the better… Here’s […]
There is nothing I love more than a Sunday afternoon when I get an opportunity to sit down with a cup of coffee to relax, accompanied by a moorish cake. For my first AIP recipe (if you don’t know what AIP is, read here), I recreated a favourite go to snack of mine – the ole zucchini slice. Only one problem…no grains can be used, no almond flour and no eggs. Hmmm… Now watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat!
These pancakes are too good to be true. I made the recipe thinking it was going to be an epic fail but to my surprise they were fluffy, light and scrumptious, not to mention healthy! If I were you I wouldn’t even mention to your kids that these are healthy. They look so devilishly fattening […]
