I am always on the look out for easy to prepare meals that are healthy and that cater to my real food only lifestyle. This recipe is one of my favourites because like a pizza, you can change the toppings so easily and end up with a completely different meal.
For my first AIP recipe (if you don’t know what AIP is, read here), I recreated a favourite go to snack of mine – the ole zucchini slice. Only one problem…no grains can be used, no almond flour and no eggs. Hmmm… Now watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat!
